Mitchell  sent a message to Rodger O. Riney Founder and CEO, Scottrade that said:
3 years ago I signed up for scottrade partly because you gave me tradeideas for free
I haven't looked at my statements and I recently noticed that I am getting charged $15 per month for scottrade and this has been for 2 years
Other brokers give it to clients for free. Please credit me for the last 2 years fee of Tradeideas. I never realised I was being charged and I haven't used Tradeideas for several years
