Jean Hocom sent a message to Shantanu Narayen that said:

I have a issue with your company. A fraudulent charge was charged to my account. I chatted online with two of your representatives. I gave my name and two email addresses I have. They insisted that I give them partial numbers of my card that was charged. They could not find anything with my name or email addresses. This is a fraud charge so obviously I will not be giving out my card, however I would request the $20.99 be put back into my account and whatever fraudulent activity cease. If this is not resolved ASAP I will file a complaint with the BBB
