i have just discovered that my wife will be required to pay over $50 per month to keep using her adobe software. While this would be quite reasonable if she was still working in her trade it seems excessive in her situation now. She is now retired after working 30 years in educational book design.
I feel adobe should offer something that would allow her to do limited work and access her old files. You offer a teacher/student license fo 60% off. Couldn't you extend this to retirees? I would think this would be the least that you could do for a long time devoted adobe user.
I realize that $600/year may not seem like much when you use thees tools as part of an active career but on fixed income this expense is not inconsequential.
I hope you give your older users some thought.
