Hi,

Our company has been using ADP for many years and have not had issues until recently. Our company is located in the Northeast. I have been working with some folks at ADP since 11/7/18 on an issue and it is still not resolved. I have to continually email them to get updates and have been assured a number of times that once I process the next payroll our issue will be resolved. Needless to say, our issue is still not resolved, is now worse, and I cannot get return emails from our sales person, technical staff, or anyone else. They will not provide me with names of higher ups that may be able to assist me. We are now almost three months out with the same problem. I do not know where else to turn. I am hoping you can assist me in getting the right people on this problem or I will have no choice but to search for another payroll company.
