Linda Gryn sent a message to Carlos Rodriguez that said:
Mr. Rodriquez,
I have been a customer of ADP for payroll for many many year.
Last year one of your sales rep contacted me to use ADP for my Worker's Comp Ins. I thought it would be great that worker's comp ins would come out biweekly instead of yearly. Travelers was the insurance company they used for my workers compensation policy.
This year on 1/22/2020, I received notice from Travelers, that after they review my account, operations which are ineligible for coverage through select accounts business unit were discovered. These ineligible operations are described in more detail below: Home Health Care Services. As a result, the policy will not be renewed effective on 5/3/2020.
On 1/27 spoke with Keshawna â will get back to me after she speaks to underwriting â should be about 3 days. â never heard back from her
2/12 â spoke with Nicole Kern â emailed â PA compensation Rating Bureau letter, never hear back from her.
3/13 â spoke with Ernest â will have someone call me back â never hear back from anyone
3/24 â Spoke with Crystal - Crystal informed me Nicole was not on this account anymore. Crystal transferred me to Aubree. (Aubree.guidon@adp)
I forwarded email that I send Nicole.
Aubree call me back after talking to underwriter @5 star
They cannot cover me â actually none of ADP carriers can cover me.
I have been in the same business for 10 year. I proved Home & Community Services to Adults who are intellectually disabled. I am not a Home Health Care Company.
We assist adults with intellectually disabilities with life skills.
My question is why they could cover me last year but a year later no one can?? Did they not look at the type of business I run before giving me the coverage?
I would have never left my previous insurance company, but I like the convivence.
