My name is Christopher Campbell and I have a garnishment that was supposed to be removed by ADP on 04-27-17 and was not. The customer service line stated it was not removed due to a glitch in their system. I can not close on my house until I receive a letter stating the garnishment is stopped. I have contacted the service line numerous times requesting that letter which they have refused to give to me. I do not understand why they are refusing to assist me when this is the fault of ADP caused by them not removing the garnishment as ordered by the IRS on 04-27-17. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated thank you and have a good day.
