@advanceauto – Darren Jackson – Dear Mr. Greco, I purchased what I thought was a clock-spring for my 2004 f150

Dear Mr. Greco,
I purchased what I thought was a clock-spring for my 2004 f150 Heritage on your website and unfortunately for me the part that came up for my truck on your website was actually for a Honda and not my Ford F150 Heritage. At that time, I was unaware and I had looked at your installation instructions and they seemed very complicated so when the clock-spring arrived, I set it aside because I was very busy and just found it today! Apparently I purchased it on 6-3-2018 and when I went back to your website to find the installation instructions, the part number was not the same as the one I ordered so after a lot of research I realized that your website sold me the wrong part. I have been getting the runaround from Reuben, and Roman and your website is currently down so that I cannot find my order number. Please help.
