Mr. Greco, I own a small auto repair business and would like to explain some issues I have had with Advance Auto Parts. I am a retired engineer from Ford Motor Company and having worked as a automobile technician in my younger years decided to open a repair business to provide quality automotive service after retirement from Ford. Early this year I asked my store contact to enroll me in some incentive programs to qualify for a possibility to attend the SEMA show in Las Vegas. As I understand the field rep would need to do this. I asked the store about this several times yet was never contacted about this by an Advance repriesentative. Mid - summer I spoke to my Advance commercial store contact and explained for several months my sales would be down for some personal reasons. Advance auto has recently cut out ALL of my discounts due to my decline of purchases. I have several different accounts with other suppliers and Advance Auto has priced themselves out of competition with other suppliers. Advance will be my last choice for purchasing parts due to the lack of any discounts on parts to my business.
