I have zero complaints about your company, but one suggestion: Cut massive waste by NOT sending duplicate annual plan information and other duplications. Every year we keep my new booklet and throw away my wife's. Consider the millions of couples who surely do likewise. Your computer system ought to catch this, because Aetna knows both my wife and I are on the same membership.
