I'm dying because Aetna/Alaskacare refuses to provide a letter of guaranteed payment to the Royal Phnom Penh Hospital, Phnom Penh Cambodia so I can get an angiogram and occluded coronary artery clearing/stint. My AlaskaCare retiree booklet says "worldwide services" and that is a lie and contract fraud by Aetna. When I die (probably this week without treatment), my family in Washington State as all the information to take to the federal government about Aetna fraud, violation of federal laws and also give to the damn good family attorney for a wrongful death suit. BTW/ I reside in Sihanouville, Cambodia and the Royal Phnom Penh Hospital 4 hours away has a first class/new cardiac unit. Doom on Aetna. I place a curse on you, your family and all your drones at Aetna.
