Please accept my apologies in advance for taking up your valuable time to resolve an internal issue. I have attempted to use proper channels however, I have not been able to have any response from Aflac Group (CAIC) regarding my request for information. Without an appropriate escalation process, I am reaching out to you for guidance. I am planning my retirement from Aflac Field Force after a 17 year tenure with the company. It has been a real privilege to represent Aflac products and services except for my interactions with the Aflac group (CAIC) side of the business. Please have the appropriate person in that organization contact me so that my questions and request can be addressed.
