Burt sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. that said:
After 2.7 months delay I was refused a refund for medical delayed travel after I had checked with a voice receptionist who stated that my medical operations illness (military) would qualify.
Both myself and USAA/Visa had charged-back the refund.
We have now submitted same to the Arizona Attorney Generals consumer fraud division and IC3 as the ticket was bought over the internet.
