After I left TWC/Spectrum and went with a satellite company for the entire 2 years I kept receiving notice after notice offering me deals to come back. When my contract ended last year, I contacted Spectrum went over with them the services I wanted and the channels that we watched and came up with the Silver Triple Play. Here we almost 7 mos. later only to discover (without notice from Spectrum) we lost a good number of the channels we actually watch. Yesterday I called and spoke with a Rep. and thought the problem was resolved. When my husband came home he discovered that the channel he watches the most the Golf Channel was also gone. Again I called and spoke with 2 reps. the first one was helpful the second honestly if she was in front of my I would have slapped her! First of all she wouldnt deal with me unless she had my husbands permission (are you freaking kidding me?) which got my blood boiling. After going round and round and her telling me it would cost me more money to get the Golf Channel which was already in the package I had previously selected, what set me off even more were her comments. She stated, "you have to decide if the money is more important or getting the channels you want", which at that time I told her to shove it up her a**! The second was telling me I dont have a contract with Spectrum so I can just leave anytime. To top it all off, I had the tv on and the Spectrum commercial came on with the satellite bad, Spectrum good slogan. What it should be saying is satellite bad, Spectrum even WORSE!!! It is no wonder people are choosing to leave your company and go elsewhere or get Netflix, etc. This is no way to treat your customers, especially after pursing them for years after they leave. You need to fix this problem NOW!!!!
