After many e-mails in regards to a VERY rude salesclerk at Sarasota Square malll 41 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota Florida. It has been almost two months and no response. I have been a customer over 30 years. This is probably a waste of time but I am hoping to have some kind of acknowledgment from a company that is far better then that. I would greatly appreciate an apology ffor someone who has been a loyal customer for years.
