After my long email to you outlining my whole terrible situation with your customer service – Roger W Ferguson Jr email address

Michael sent a message to Roger W. Ferguson, Jr. – President and Chief Executive Officer of TIAA-CREF – Email Address that said:
After my long email to you outlining my whole terrible situation with your customer service dept on Friday, 4/22/16.
I received another call from the customer service dept just now at 4:30 pm on 4/25 saying that they would not get the change of beneficiary form to me unti wed. This is again too late for me to not contact the Maine Insurance Commission again by tomorrow, who asked me to call you in an unofficial way to get the form that was promised on March 18 to be mailed to me -in about 8 days on March 28.

Therefore I have no recourse except to tell the MIC that they should start their formal process which will be served on TIAA in 17 days by statute.

And indeed they were aware of the 4/15/16 60 Minutes report that included TIAA identified as fraudulent company.

I cant believe the tremendous change that TIAA has gone through since I started with you in 1996. Your reps back then took every call--and they did not hide behind the customer service reps whose hands seem tied to provide anything but service.

I intend to write about this to the NEA of which I was a member for 20 years and served as president of our local chapter about treatment.

I am truly sad about for the first time to say TIAA is just another big, impersonal, hidebound bureaucracy.

I would hope for at least an acknowledgement that you have seen this and my
previous sending.

Michael
