After reading your profile and seeing your mission statement for your company, I thought it best to contact you.
I, unfortunately, purchased a pair of Chuck Taylor shoes on line for Dicks. I received them January 31, 2017.
They did not fit properly. I followed the directions for return and put them back in the mail February 1, 2017.
I have called, emailed and prayed customer service would answer me and find my refund. You see the total cost was: 1/30 Purchase authorized on 01/28 WWW.Dickssportnggo

75.59. I never received confirmation that I would even get a refund.
I did however post on social media that customer service was terrible and I was asked by Dicks Facebook page to send a private message about my problem. I did.
Then I received an email with and incident number 170226-002940.
Lucky me, now I get ads for sales every day in my email and STILL NO REFUND.
I am a working consumer who makes $40,00 a year and although it does not compare to your $8,000,000 salary, $75 is a lot of money to those of us who are keeping you and your stores in business.
A resolution will be welcomed at this point. Refund my money. I am not understanding why this is such a difficult process.
