Afternoon, Mr. Stack. Simple concern, so I thought. On Sat 4/4, I recently ordered 4 Columbia jackets online, all said to be in stock, including my confirmation of that order. At some point between that date and today, one jacket (the one I really wanted in Rocket color) was cancelled yet I never received a confirmation. After several calls to your Cust Svc ctr about rewards issues, new rewards accounts, a total billing concern (now I know why the order was less than what I was confirmed!) and point availability between Golf Galaxy and Dicks, not one analyst ever explained to me that not all the products I ordered were being sent. I found the same product at Cabellas for $16 per jacket cheaper (still even cheaper by paying for shipping) than your sales price. Once I get the goods from Dicks I probably will go return those to the local Dicks store and pick up the same from Cabellas close by and save $48. Sad I have to go through all that. Truly am dismayed at how the cust svc was handled and as well your web site never catches up with what is current.
