Dear Mr.David Taylor; I need your help in this matter , my wife purchase a few luvs diapers a few years ago and there was something wrong with them , she contacted your company and they send her $32.00 in a debt cards , she got very ill after and forgot about them and when I tried to use them they were cancelled last year , I contacted your company by email and no reply back and again I did the same thing and no reply back , I forgot about it after my wife didn't get better until I found the debt cards 2 weeks ago and contact your company once again and they refuse to help me out , so now I am coming to you for help to either issue a check or debt card for $30.00 .I hope to here from you asap .
