Air travel for 26 dec had to be cancelled on 25 august due to family – Michael OLeary email address

Barrie sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Air travel for 26 dec had to be cancelled on 25 august due to family death. But unable to get refund when tthis flight is more than 60 days hence. Asking for death certficate is cruel. When fee for seat, bag, etc is considered extra, why are these extra fees called 'ticket'/airfare once refund is requested? Smells like greed to me--particularly as a pensioner on a budget. Surely you make enough money that when refund is requested more than 60 days hence fully confident of re-selling seat anyway that ryanair
can provide a considerate level of customer service.
