Dear Airtel,
I'm Murali (+91-9894237573) privilege customer for the past 10 years and I didn't find any issues as of now. Except for starting from 2019.
I was in business Trip to other countries and I'm using Indian Airtel number (+91-9894237573) for the incoming call and deducted 99 for the rental as per the package.
nowadays I find it difficult express, I'm not stupid or fool to attend incoming calls from Indian number when I'm in abroad.

I recharge for the full talk time 1000 Rs on 8th Jan 2019 @07:13 am and on the same day my balance was wiped out on the same day.

I tried to call the customer care through my wife in India, but the response was that I have attended the call for some minutes. hope you remember I not the stupid to attend the call from abroad.
please find the mobile screenshot from my call history and you can compare with your system.

if I attend it will be in a received call from my mobile. please check with an eagle eye, I haven't received any call.

as an old customer and don't get rid of current service, i ignored and made recharge yesterday 13 Jan 2019 08:28 pm for 95 Rs, but again today morning I had a missed call from one Indian number and after the couples of minutes, the main balance of 200Rs deducted, again I enquired through my wife to customer care, today again customer support person made a statement I have attended the call.

please raise a ticket and issued my query and the earliest and do the favour of refunding my lost amount (950+200).

hope you have understood the issue and do the needful at the earliest.
provide me with your customer number so that I will call directly from abroad numbers, not through Indian airtel number.
