I am writing this email to share an issue that we are facing due to a lack of support from the Airtel support team, we are using Airtel internet corporate connection for our office and we have recently added another line from Airtel, the line is active and working. However IPs request is still not completed, we have followed a complete escalation matrix still no luck. We are stuck due to poor response from Airtel team, I would really appreciate if you can please help us in this matter, we have already emailed all Airtel support team members from the shared escalation matrix, no result. I am not sure how we would be able to get this issue resolved if we get no support from the Airtel team.
