@airtelnews – Sunil Mittal – Dear sir I had lodged a complaint in 1st week of July?19 for very poor

KAMLESH GUPTA sent a message to Sunil Mittal that said:

Dear sir

I had lodged a complaint in 1st week of July’19 for very poor network at my registered / residential address (A/114, Hirabaug Society, Tarsali Sussen Road, Vadodara 390009). The complaint hasn’t been attended till now. However, every week I do receive a phone call from Airtel customer call that we are resolving the issue. The complaint was once again lodged on advice of local Airtel representative Mr Amit (9724049726) at Airtel store near Dairy ONGC Baroda. The complaint no is 90470453 dtd 27th Nov’19.

In the month of Aug’19, multiple times Airtel representative visited my place. However, network issue is not resolved.

Every month I have been paying approx. Rs 1331. However, neither voice nor data is available at my home. During the last two months, I have suffered on my work front because of poor network since have been restricted at home due to WFH. Hence, taking this extreme step to request refund of payment for the period July’19 to April’20 or alternatively provide internet services at my address through any other means like broadband or dongle till network is restored.
