Subject : Issue with Airtel Customer Support( I am SUFFERING even I am paying/willing to pay)

Airtel Customer support is playing with my patience from last one month. I would like to bring this to your notice as you should be aware what kind of support your customers are receiving from Airtel. For an individual like me may be 1000 - 2000 Rupees is better being paid of instead of fighting with customer support executives. But, I do not want to think like that because someone should raise a question to make something better.

ISSUE : Series of false Promises by Airtel Postpaid and when I call next time, they say nothing is mentioned OR Application is upgrading no information now.

List of Calls:

1. 23-Jan-2019 - Sohel(Agent) promised call back - No Show

2. 04-Feb-2019 - Santhosh(Supervisor) gave commitments. I clearly told that my billing due date is 05-Feb-2019 and I do not want my services to be stopped as the issue is from your end. He told no problem services will not be stopped -- - None Addressed

3. 08-Feb-2019 - My outgoing is deactivated. I had to call. Kaushik(Supervisor) told nothing is mentioned in the comments, activated my outgoing then and there. Gave new commitments - None Addressed.

4. 12-Feb-2019 - My Outgoing deactivated.I had to call. Supervisor Trisula/Prasula looked into my notes and mentioned all the previous commitments given to me from Airtel. She took 4 hours to activate my outgoing. And told me within 24 hours I will get a call back and get all my issues addressed. -- None Addressed.

5. 13-Feb-2019 - Received a call back from Saranya, again I had to mention what happened from day one. She told me within 24 - 48 hours my waivers will be applied then I can pay the bill. Services will not be stopped.

6. 15-Feb-2019 - All my services are deactivated. I had to call to listen nothing is mentioned in the notes about the commitments.

My first call is 17th - Jan - 2019 which I did not record.

NOTE: In all the above calls I had to mention what happened from day one(What kind of Application you are using????).

THIS IS RIDICULOUS (Hope you understand the frustration of a common man who pays for services on time. I cannot show my frustration 100% in writing. Please try to understand)

I have all the call recordings, I will have to reach social media with those to get justice if nothing is taken care today.

Trust me some of the recordings are HILARIOUS and shows the behaviour of agents with customers.

Please come to rescue (me or your support executives) ASAP.

Sorry if I sounded rude, but trust me being rude to this situation is 100% appropriate.
