I have tried everything I could think of prior to reaching out to you.Your DND does not work. When we try to call 1909 and register a complaint (via option 4 - register a complaint) we are either told its the wrong place, or the ticket is closed later due to "insufficient information". I have also reached out via twitter where I am ignored. I am being harassed by "Traders" calling my repeatedly and airtel is not doing anything. With JIO being such a threat, I would imagine Airtel would provide good customer support, but doesnt seem to be the case.
