Kumar Saurabh sent a message to Sunil Mittal that said:

Hello Sir,

From Last two month, I am facing a serious network issue at my home from airtel network. I neither able to make/receive the call, nor able to use your data for net. I raised a complaint at 4th of June 2018 about this but there is no action taken. After sometime my complaint has been put on hold and today it is disappeared from my account. Mean while I talked time to time to airtel customer care. But they are not able to answer that how much more time it will take to solve this issue.

One of the biggest issue is your open network website. It is showing that voice network is in my area is excellent and data network is in my area is good. But it is totally false. I am facing worst airtel network now days.

So I request you take an action and at-least let me know that how many more days/months/years or decades I have to face this problem. My airtel numbers are: 9958910779, 8800140400, 9958910879.
