I made the mistake of using Airtel payment bank. The wallet allowed me to add money. When I tried to use it for making bill payment, I got a message saying 'debit on your wallet is not allowed'. I immediately write to wecare@airtelbank.com and for a reply saying for extra security I had to submit my POA. Airtel did allow me to add money but needed proof from me so that I could use my money. It has since been 3 days that I have sent the valid documents but I haven't heard anything despite multiple chasers. The timeline stated said 48 hours, which are already up. I even called 400 but after selecting an option, the number beeps and a message comes up saying, you have exceeded number of tries. I am going around in circles trying to resolve this issue but no one seems to be replying. I have called 121 for help as well and they asked me to wait for a response. Can someone tell me how long as the time has already expired? I received a reply from payments banks today stating they will get back to me in 2 days making it a total of 5 days. This is unnecessarily harrasing someone because you did not give complete information at the time the wallet was set up.
