We have been not recieving television service for the past 15 days and we are sorry to say that none of your customer service representatives are able to help us including regional area managers and supervisors. They have been lodging complaints, many of them going to vain none of your service engineers seem to take heed and will say that they will Not provide service and that we can complain to whoever we want.Well as the most powerful person in an organisation we come asking you, we dont expect a CEO to not take heed of a failing wing of an organisation and expect some action happening. If we don't get any help we will publicise this unprofessional behaviour from such a reputed company.
