The sprint agent at the store I visited offered me a deal, and sprint is not holding up their end of the deal. I have a voice recording outlining the terms of the deal, and an estimated bill signed by the store clerk. What I'm actually being charged will cost me ~$350 more over the course of the lease. I was offered a $100 credit as a remedy but I'm not able to afford the additional $250 I'm being charged. I have filed a formal BBB complaint, and am in the process of researching the FCC and the FTC and state regulators to see what my other options are for complaints. I really hoped I could just get the deal that was promised to me.
