Since Aug 7th 2018 I have had a problem to replace a damaged phone with Sprint after over 100 phone calls and several visits to Sprints stores to resolve this problem I encountered racist, belittling and berating remarks from a store employee as well as stall and delay tactics on the part of Sprint not to resolve this issue, I have been hung up on and transferred to Sprints {Robo Phone} countless times your customer service is nonexistent and has been of no help or refuses to remedy this issue I feel at this time it would be best to terminate my contract with Sprint for breach of contract if I had known Sprint was a racist company I would have never chosen Sprint after speaking with AT&T I feel they offer a better product with a more receptive customer service and will be changing my service to them.
