I went to the Internet to find a blood test. Your web sight appears to be inaccurate according to Valerie in Bedford Tex . I then called your store in Hurst per her direction.
They claimed they no longer did it either you'd have to call a clinic. This man was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I then called your customer service to relay my less than stellar experience so far and to try and get help. After explaining the experience I was transferred to a automated phone center. When I imputed my zip code it directs me back to the address for the Store in Hurst. I then called the manager there to complain about my experience so far. This guy could have cared less. I ended up hanging up. You once had a good service? What happened? I haven't used you all since my mother passed away Dec 2017. I was POA and that was who we used. Your customer service was horrible! Not to mention a colossal waste of my time! Unbelievable! Should I try and get help from CVS? They are much closer!
