Below is a copy of my email to my Allstate Insurance Agent, Belinda Malolli 239-593-4433 who has been my agent for 28 years. I have heard that someone who is beyond experienced with Allstate and whom I have dealt with at this office and other Allstate insurance adjustments as a customer for the past 28 years was recently let go to make room for someone's "niece" in this office.
This person was extremely experienced and was with Allstate for 30+ years. Since our recent claim we have had nothing but a nightmare with Allstate and ALL of its employees and then I find out that the ONE experienced and BEST for the job insurance representative was let go for a "niece"?? Is this the new policy of Allstate to be hiring its family members to replace competence?? Regardless, here is my email to my "agent" which I am extremely disappointed in. I will need to make an important decision if after 28 years with Allstate if they are competent, experienced and trustworthy enough to continue my business with.

Hello, Belinda:

Allstate Claim: 0563723915
Reference Policy Number: XXXX69935

I called you on Thursday, November 14, 2019, and told Rosie that I needed to speak to you ASAP to have our bill prorated because it now has the autos on the plan PLUS the Altima that was involved in the collision and which had since been paid for and should be removed. Rosie said you would call me that same day as soon as you had a chance.

I NEVER received a call from you on Thursday, November 14, 2019, nor Friday, November 15, 2019, NOR from anyone else from your office! I will be leaving on my vacation next Thursday, November 21, 2019, and will not be back until Thanksgiving Day (November 28th) which is AFTER THE DUE DATE for our Allstate bill which is due on the 26th of every month.

I don’t understand what has happened to Allstate, but after 28 years its has become extremely incompetent and those that were experienced in the field are also being let go to make room for newbies who don’t know anything and being put in charge of helping Allstate customers who need professional AND experienced personnel.

I hope that you will email me or call me no later than Monday, November 18, 2019, with a prorated bill for me to submit the payment before I leave or should I just contact corporate and have them do it instead??
