Allison Miller sent a message to Thomas Wilson that said:
Good Afternoon Mr. Wilson,
I'm sorry to bother you but I have an issue with a claim against a client that was covered by your insurance Allstate. On 04/27/19 a driver that you insured struck my property at a high speed causing damage to a retaining wall in my front yard. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this claim with your company and have been very patient. Unfortunately I can't wait any longer. I have made numerous attempts to contact several people at you company who are supposed to be in charge of this claim and all I get is voicemail after voicemail and no returned calls. I have already reached out to my local ABC channel 7 news for help in this matter. I would appreciate resolution and for my claim to be paid so I can repair the retaining wall and be done with this whole fiasco. At first your company didn't want to hear that your client was at fault but after providing supporting documents (pictures, police reports, eye witness accounts) they finally notified me last week that Allstate's client was at fault and someone with the property damage team would get back with me and the claim would be paid within a week. Well it was a week yesterday and I still haven't heard from this Linda Gibson from Southern CA who is supposedly handling the claim at this point. Is this how you all do business?? I must say it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I plan on spreading the word through social media and all other avenues that Allstate has refused to pay what I am owed. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.
