L. Witherspoon sent a message to Thomas Wilson that said:

Hello Sir,

Please excuse two emails. We are veterans and the frustration with the craftsmanship and the Quality checks that are not completed, but the money paid to the contractor is not what is supposed to happen when work is not done. We have an open claim and should be able to see the claim until it closes. We did not ask to be reinstated, although we had nothing to do with the damage incurred. We asked to see our claim until it was complete. There is so much more. We would appreciate a response from you because we have requested a response from Corporate, which did not read the email and caused several emails not responding to the question asked. The people we were told to go back to inquire, Claims Agent, Corporate could not assist and that left us no option but to come to you in hopes of some resolution. We are still Allstate customers. We look forward to your response.
