I am allstate customer for the last 5 years. I had very bad experience this time. My wife involved in accident. I called to allstate representative Ms.Rhonda Frank regarding my car. She assigned to this case, was very rude. I asked her question and she gets loud and yelling at me for no reason. I stopped her and reminded her that I am allstate customer.
