I am still having issues with getting my claim processed and now the system is showing that I have NOT paid my Homeowner's Insurance policy which was paid by my Mortgage company and is still in existence. I would like to email you all of my documentation for your review as NO ONE HAS STARTED my claim filed April 30, 2020.
I did speak with Josue Ayala's 972-510-6170 supervisor Katherine Ramirez at 972-915-1427 at no avail as she rather dispute and argue about my claim instead of processing it.

I have a current Homeowners' Insurance claim with Allstate Claim #0585169279 that I am having issues getting resolved quickly. My adjuster Josue Ayala closed the claim less than 24 hours of my submission as I filed it on April 30th and it is showing closed as of 5/1/20. My home is a TOTAL LOSS!!! Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as my garage which is attached to my home has been compromised.
