I asked to see an open claim on my account although my claim was terminated not due to anything in my control. The service rep told me I could not but could not explain why I could not see my open claim in this day of technology until the claim was complete. When she could not answer the question, I asked for her to escalate. She refused. I asked her for a supervisor or did she not have an escalation process. I need some assistance. My parents were with your company and I have been with your company for over 27 years, I am still an Allstate customer and I do not think not allowing me to see a claim that is not complete is asking too much. I look forward to your return email.
