I have been dealing with one of your adjuster named Nefi Vargas. And I have not gotten very far, sent him photos of paperwork and he says he can't read them. Same photos I sent my insurance company. I guess your company may not have IT people to help him. The body shop fax him the est. Than he calls me and says Allstate does not send out Checks and asked for my Debit Card Number and Expiration date. My bank and an attorney, told me not to give it. That something was fishy. Estimate is $989.10 plus I have to replace damage License plates. Washington will ticket me for a damage License Plate. That cost is $37.25. Also why am I dealing with someone in Arizona when I live in Eastern Washington State. I need answers please. I am disabled and can't afford this crap. My blood pressure and other problems. I guess no one is in "Good Hands with Allstate" Thank You
