@allstate – Thomas Wilson – I have purchased several warranties with your Squaretrade division for Kindle and other devices, and

Jayme and Jonathan Seibold sent a message to Thomas Wilson that said:

I have purchased several warranties with your Squaretrade division for Kindle and other devices, and properly paid for those warranties. However, your company refuses to adjust any claims right now using the Covid-19 excuse.
The full company is not closed, just that area/team. The message on your phone line tells me to check Allstate.com. I called another number for square trade and was sent an e-mail to file a claim, but that system tells me that I must call this non functioning number. I received no message about any disruption in your warranty support, and it is directly in violation of state orders and identification that insurance industry is an essential service.
I have two children at home who use these devices for some of their school and education work, and having these resources is VITAL to our family in this time.
I will be providing this complaint to every area I can find including the BBB, and if the State of AZ will accept a complaint for Insurance Warranties I will complain to them as well.
I have purchased a number of warranties and for a company advertising "NO HASSLE Claims" this would constitute false advertising and may indicate a breach of contract.

Please have someone resolve this right away. I would rather get paid out for the devices or have replacements than be frustrated with this lack of support.
