My parents have been customers of Allstate for over 25 years. On October 8th, 2019; they received a very nasty and threatening letter from Allstateâs Risk Management Department. Unfortunately I cannot attach that letter with this email but am asking that someone reach out so we can discuss this a little more. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and unacceptable for members of your team.
