Marilyn Carter sent a message to Jeffrey Brown that said:
Dear Mr. Brown,
Ally was the financial institution that had finance by car loan. My credit union refinanced my loan and was given a pay off amount. I was informed by my credit union that they had not received the title of the vehicle as of today. Today I called Ally and was told that there was a balance of $78.09 that was due before the title would be released. Ally received the money back in
September and never once tried to inform my credit union of additional amount. That isn't good business and I am very upset with the lack of communication.I am very disgusted and upset.
