Good afternoon sir,
I am reaching out to the top because all I have gotten is full push back from your employees. The problem started when a deer totaled my first vehicle which I only had for a couple of months, I purchased another vehicle
which your company financed also and that is where the problem lies. When I made a payment on my new vehicle the funds were applied to the old account. I had only two members of your customer service team try to resolve the issue to no avail. The first decent rep did go back and make sure the the old account was turned off in the system and put in the request for a refund to me to apply to the new account. I received the refund for less than I submitted and still and never received or gotten an explanation of the lessor amount. to make matters worse once I applied the funds to the new account and added the difference it was past due and now they are still reporting my payments 30 days late on my credit report, if they would have just moved my payment over I would not getting penalized for a electronic error, please respond so that I may forward you a copy of the canceled ally check sent to me to understand this situation. respectfully submitted, Jeffrey Neal
