I have a POA on file with you to manage a 98 year old woman's account. Her doctor took her driving privileges so I have been trying to surrender the 2015 Cruz since May 24th, 2018. Your 'workout team' cannot execute this transaction as of today at 1:05 pm September 10, 2018. Always an excuse on a third party issue.
