Hello?: Do you guys believe at all in customer service??? Why can't you respond in a timely manner to a simple e-mail? Why on earth am I having to go through this nonsense to get my title after paying you guys in full over three weeks ago???
So first, I pay off a car lease, including the residual, following the instructions on your website. Nowhere did those instructions state I needed to call you guys to get my title released, only to send the check. Which I did. I then waited three weeks for my title, as that's typically how long it's taken your competitors to send my titles in the past.
When I didn't receive my title, I called in and sat on hold for nearly an hour to speak with the most apathetic telephone support person I believe I've ever spoken with. This woman sounded like she was talking in her sleep. Are you guys serious???
After sitting there for whatÂ seems forever, you send me this form to sign that has the _WRONG_ address on it. You guys absolutely have my new address. I reach out to ask you to correct the address - a very simple thing I'm sure - and you decide to not respond.Â
You people are costing me money. I need this deal done and finished ASAP.Â The next letter will be from my attorney.
PS - I have had several loans through Ally, but if this is any indication of what level of support I should expect from your company,don't expect to EVER make another dime from me.
