My name is Leo Hsiao. I switched most of my banking to Ally a couple back for several reasons. Ally has a great mobile platform with industry leading interest rates. Your customer service department is cordial, but most importantly accessible 24hrs/day. I would honestly love to have all of my financial accounts in one place but I feel that Ally Brokerage services is falling behind the trend. The price of trading is significantly lower with my Merrill Edge account (no fees with 100 trades per month) and JP Morgan is coming out with there own no fee trading platform. I would love to be able to have all of my accounts in a single place. Hope you guys are working towards a no fee trade platform. Iâm sure the amount of deposits you bring in will more than make out for the loss of trade commission. In any case, I think Ally is great and I wish you the best.
