I was hoping to get some assistance with an issue we are having with our vehicle which was purchased through you with a TRAC lease. Once we decided to buy the vehicle out of the TRAC lease we were sent an original bill of sale and a lease termination and the title from Ally. This was all forwarded to our bank Navy Federal Credit Union. Since the TRAC lease was in my husbands company name and the financing of the car is under my husbands name all documentation to the DMV needs a paper trail. They will NOT register our vehicle without an original bill of sale and I have spoken to numerous people at Ally with no help no answers and typically just the run around. I was told today that Ally would not help us since you no longer hold interest in the vehicle. So no on will help us meanwhile we are paying on a vehicle that is not able to be registered and really holds zero value to us because we can't register it and the title is still in the companys name. All we need is an original bill of sale. Any help would be appreciated.
