Mr. Brown. I have been a long time customer with Ally Financial. Currently I have been trying to work with your team for months to get my autopayment reset up to ensure payments are made. It was originally set up when I purchased my car, but in Nov/Dec Ally chose to stop taking my autopay- and I have not been able to reinstate. Further more they auto drafted a payment in March, but do not know where they applied the money. Please help.
