To whom it may concern,
On December 3rd of 2018, I opened a letter that I had missed because I was out of town. The letter stated that I had failed to make my November payment.
I immediately logged on to my account to double check and promptly paid both the November and December payments, but the damage had been done as my November payment was paid 33 days late.
I sending this email in hopes that the late payment can be removed/not reported as you should be able to check my payment history and see that it's stellar. And I also signed up for auto-pay following this episode to prevent it from happening again.
I am hoping you can help me out in the instance as I am trying to get approved to buy a house, and removing this will remove the only late payment I have on my report.
