Why is it so difficult to open an on line savings account. I was told it takes 3 to 5 business days. I called on 09/25 and was told I was approved but still under review. I called today and was told it will take another 3 to 5 business days. I do appreciate the extra security just want to get a real answer as if its approved then why the extra days to get notified.
