AHMED sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Am a Paypal customer from Saudi Arabia and i have a complaint about Paypal.
I tried to make a compalint to every possbile person for help but no one is helping me . I know you may not be the right person for making a complaint but atleast you can forward my complaint to the appropriate officials who can resolve my problem.
It all started 2 months ago when i withdrawn 500$ on 20th February 2016 and 500$ again on 28th February 2016 from my Paypal balance to my visa credit card. When this amount was not credited to my visa card even after 30 days i contacted Paypal customer support on for help. They gave me a reference number and asked me to contact my bank. I contacted my bank 8 times with this reference number but my bank told me that no money has been deposited to my card with this number. Again i contacted Paypal nearly 10 times and each time i call up the customer support they give me different suggestions. Some support agents told me to contact directly the visa company and some agents told me that they will contact my bank directly. But till today i did not get any help from the Paypal customer support in tracing my money.
So i request you to kindly forward my complaint to the corresponding department to trace my 1000$.
