Aleda sent a message to Arne M. Sorenson – President and Chief Executive Officer of Marriott International, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Am truly upset with your Opryland Nashville Hotel, as well as your Marriott website and Marriott I called the hotel about your Country Christmas Best Value Package and was given a quote of $568 per person( this was a week prior to being able to book the package ).When I called to book at this price was told it would be $792.25 per person. Spoke to several supervisors, at both the hotel and the 866 number. Was told it was due to the day's we were booking ( Nov. 30-Dec.3). Told them we could go any date we just wanted the quoted and advertised price. The reply to this was, "There's none available. " Is this not false advertising ? Not to mention the fact that an employee quoted the same price to me. I was booking 4 rooms. Would appreciate hearing from you.
